PUBLIC OFFER

Public offer for the provision of services for publishing a work and posting metadata.

The company "ASMIRUS", hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", enters into this agreement with any person, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", on the other side. This agreement is an agreement for the provision of services for the publication of the work and placement of the metadata of the Work, the provision of non-exclusive rights to use the Work and is concluded by accepting (accepting) a public offer in the manner established by this agreement, and regulates the procedure for providing these services and the obligations arising between the Contractor and By the customer. 1. CONCEPTS AND DEFINITIONS USED IN THE AGREEMENT
1.1. Work - text (graphic) any other information material (thesis, article, review, etc.) sent by the Customer (by Customers if there are several authors (copyright holders)) to the Contractor for publication in periodicals of the online platform www.myscience.uz ( hereinafter – Platform)

1.2. Publication of a Work means posting a Work in one of the Platform’s publications.

1.3. An offer is a formal proposal by the Contractor to enter into this agreement, indicating all the necessary conditions for this.

1.4. Acceptance of the Offer means full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by performing the actions specified in the Agreement. Acceptance of this Offer means that the Buyer agrees with all the conditions for the provision of services, acceptance is tantamount to concluding an agreement in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.5. Publication - electronic journals, collections of conference materials, etc.

1.6. Application is an electronic request from the Customer (Customers) to the Contractor for the placement of the Work in one of the publications of the Platform by sending the Work and personal data of the Customer (Customers) to the section of the Contractor's Platform, providing for registration and leaving:
– applications for publication in periodicals of the online Platform;
– applications for participation and publication of materials in the collection of scientific and practical conferences;
The Customer can also send any of the above applications by sending the Work and personal data of the Customer (Customers) to the email address: info@myscience.uz

1.7. Metadata of the Work:
– title of the publication;
– publicly available information about the authors, including, but not limited to: last name, first name, patronymic of the author (authors) in full, place of work of each author, work contact information (email address) for each author;
– bibliographic list of references.

1.8. Scientometric database – indexed database systems existing at the international level at the time of publication of the work.

2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with services for publication in one of the Platform’s publications, as well as placement of metadata in Crossref and other scientometric databases, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services in the manner and on the terms provided for in this agreement.

2.2. The Contractor undertakes to provide placement services for downloading a certificate of publication if it is additionally paid for by the Customer.

2.3. Under this agreement, the Customer (author) grants the Contractor non-exclusive rights to use the Work and guarantees that he has exclusive copyrights to the Work.

2.4. The territory in which the rights to the Work may be used is not limited.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PUBLICATION OF WORKS
3.1. At the time of acceptance of this agreement, the following types of electronic publishing services are available to the customer:

3.1.1. Collection of materials on the scientific and practical conference;
3.1.2. Scientific and practical conferences held jointly with higher educational institutions;

3.2. Publishing conditions.

3.2.1. Frequency – 2 (two) months once, 6 (six) times per calendar year.

3.2.2. The publication format is electronic.

3.2.3. Materials are posted on the Platform. After payment is made, the Customer is notified by email, where the output details are indicated. On the 9 (ninth) calendar day from the end of the period for accepting materials from the Customer, the final version of the magazine in PDF format is posted on the Platform.

3.3. Terms of publication of the collection of scientific and practical conference of universities

3.3.1. Frequency – at the customer’s request.

3.3.2. The publication format is electronic.

3.3.3. Materials are posted on the Platform. After payment is made, the Customer is notified by email, where the output details are indicated. On the 9 (ninth) calendar day from the end of the period for accepting materials from the Customer, the final version of the collection in PDF format is posted on the Platform.
