The article analyzes the social relevance of neuropsycholinguistics in life, the relationship between language and the brain, the formation of human speech, and the processes of language use. The role of neuropsycholinguistics in modern linguistics, its role in the education system, and its status outside the system in areas such as psychotherapy and neurology are discussed in more detail. In particular, the importance of identifying the causes of speech disorders and methods of developing speech and providing speech skills in the process of treatment, as well as optimizing the process of learning foreign languages, is considered.
