This article provides information about expressions of gratitude and their specific characteristics. In addition, the concepts of dialogue and communication are explained and the differences between them are revealed. The sphere of influence of the communication between the speaker and the listener is reflected. There are features of non-verbal speech and the manifestation of means and thev situations that create this speech. An opinion was expressed about the types of cognitive, emotive, and conative communication.
